The Cube™ process is a two-way dialogue at every step.

A Cube™ project starts with a conversation. We listen and gain insight into your needs, constraints, and goals. The result is a clear definition of the user insight that is needed for you at this time. A fact-finding research project is planned, discussed, and then agreed.

The second step brings the project to the users. We measure and assess their responses/views, using the latest and most appropriate methodology. Sometimes a high-tech approach is needed; sometimes  low-tech is best. The insight required drives the research approach, not the other way around.

The third step involves interpreting and applying the insight gained by the project. Once again, a two-way dialogue is essential. State-of-the-art analytics are applied to find answers within the data.

Results and interpretation are discussed in detail so you are fully confidence that you understand and can use the insight optimally for maximal return on investment.

The entire process aims for cost-effective, efficient, and targeted research delivered on time with your perspective and needs at its heart.
The Cube™ process was developed by Professor Jane E.Raymond, Chair of Visual Cognition at the School of Psychology, University of Birmingham, UK and CEO of Secure Perception Research, Ltd. She has more than a decade of experience with banknote-related perception research projects and over 30 years’ experience managing and directing large scale basic research projects in cognitive neuroscience and human psychology.

“User-centered design means understanding what banknote users need, how they think, and how they
behave – and incorporating that understanding into every aspect of your banknote design process.”
